Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work
• Conduct precise measurements at job sites to confirm product orders
• Communicate agreements between the company and customers
• Negotiate alternative courses of action and plan terms with customers
• Analyze legal requirements for licensing and obtaining permits
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed to specification and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and develop supplier/contractor relationships

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with ability to travel between sites
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of Project Management experience
• Strong window measurement experience for residential replacement windows
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities and high-level customer service skills
