About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
- Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
- Oversee project tracking, including metrics, logs, and schedule management to ensure user needs are met.
- Implement project management best practices, including change control, contingency planning, and lessons learned.
- Manage property portfolios by responding to tenant needs and coordinating maintenance, alterations, and reconditioning.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walk-throughs.
Requirements
- An active and maintained Top Secret (TS) Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Eight (8) years of experience in construction, project management, architecture, or an engineering-related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCADD.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
- Experience with Federal Government facilities projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Prolog, Newforma, or other cloud-based construction management protocols.
- Experience coordinating with architects and engineers to create design and construction documents.
