Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
• Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee project tracking, including metrics, logs, and schedule management to ensure user needs are met.
• Implement project management best practices, including change control, contingency planning, and lessons learned.
• Manage property portfolios by responding to tenant needs and coordinating maintenance, alterations, and reconditioning.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walk-throughs.

Requirements

• An active and maintained Top Secret (TS) Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Eight (8) years of experience in construction, project management, architecture, or an engineering-related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCADD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
• Experience with Federal Government facilities projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Prolog, Newforma, or other cloud-based construction management protocols.
• Experience coordinating with architects and engineers to create design and construction documents.
