About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale construction, design/build, architecture, and engineering projects.
- Provide leadership and overall responsibility for the timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
- Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop annual operating and capital expense budgets.
- Manage property portfolios, including commercial, industrial, or retail properties and associated financial activities.
- Oversee project tracking, metrics, and schedules while enforcing effective change control and contingency planning.
- Manage leases and coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walk-throughs.
Requirements
- An active and maintained Top Secret (TS) Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 15 years of experience in construction, project management, architecture, or an engineering-related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, PE, AIA, or Registered Architect (RA).
- Proficiency in industry software including Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCADD, Revit, or similar packages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Experience with Project Management of Federal Government facilities projects.
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- Experience reviewing design document submittals, cost estimates, and schedule estimates.
