Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review work progress on a daily basis
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure all legal requirements, building codes, and local/state regulations are met
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and change orders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam, or Procore
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desired

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Professional certification such as PMP or CCM
