Construction Project Manager (ELV) - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of ELV scopes within data center construction or upgrade projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments
• Oversee design reviews, system integration, and compliance for ELV systems (BMS, CCTV, ACS, FAS, PA, structured cabling)
• Ensure adherence to international and local data center standards such as TIA-942 and Uptime Institute
• Evaluate technical submissions, shop drawings, and engineering designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site during installation and commissioning
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and acceptance tests (FAT, SAT, IST)
• Lead risk assessments and enforce compliance with HSE policies
• Manage client expectations and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5 - 8 years of experience in ELV project management
• Experience within data center, critical infrastructure, or industrial environments
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ELV installations and system integrations
