About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders, including site visits
- Coordinate with service organizations and technicians for start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting
- Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in developing proposals and pricing estimates for equipment and technical solutions
- Offer technical assistance to Account Managers and customers regarding HVAC airside and waterside systems
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners to provide accurate equipment selections
- Develop comprehensive proposals including itemized costs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree in project management, construction management, or Industrial (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to perform site visits (estimated 10%-25% travel)
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC Project Management
- Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
