Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle from initial site feasibility and design through to fit-out, snagging, and final handover
• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders including Legal, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on timelines and goals
• Source, appoint, and manage external contractors and consultants to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, making rapid, data-backed decisions
• Maintain strict control over project budgets and implement mitigation strategies to prevent overspends or delays

Requirements

• Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out or construction projects
• Proven track record in vendor management and holding contractors accountable to strict KPIs and safety standards
• Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence senior decision-makers
• Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Experience with budget control and financial rigour in a project management context

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as RICS, RIBA, or Prince2
• Specialized domain knowledge within food-tech, industrial kitchen, or rapid-delivery real estate sectors
