About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead various construction project solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from identification through design, planning, permitting, and completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation in alignment with company and client governance standards.
  • Review and support change requests by assessing impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Create and monitor detailed project schedules, providing timely and accurate updates.
  • Travel to various property and construction locations in suburban and downtown areas as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of financial terms and principles with the ability to perform basic financial analysis.
  • General understanding of construction drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional services environment.
  • Expertise in proposal development, cost estimating, and interior project execution.
