Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner's representative on assigned construction projects, managing contractor performance and vendor relationships
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation
• Manage design and engineering consultant activities, including review of drawings and specifications for constructability
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project scope reflects technical and operational requirements
• Identify, document, and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Oversee project closeout activities including punch list management, commissioning, and warranty tracking

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects in an owner's representative capacity
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and change order evaluations
• Working knowledge of construction documents, MEP systems, and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers of record, and specialty consultants
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam
• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
