Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of assigned crane and rigging projects
• Coordinate daily and weekly meetings with Superintendents and Project Engineers
• Review project estimates to determine job cost, staffing, equipment, and resource needs
• Monitor schedules, identify critical path risks, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee monthly job cost updates and assist with change order management
• Communicate project status regarding safety, schedule, cost, and risk to stakeholders
• Interface directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and applicable regulations

Requirements

• Crane and rigging experience required
• Working knowledge of crane and rigging operations and industrial construction principles
• Understanding of construction contracts and change management
• Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
