Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fast-paced construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and financials
• Perform regular site inspections to verify quality, dimensions, elevations, and compliance with AutoZone standards
• Make critical daily decisions to support high-volume construction workflows
• Maintain detailed daily reporting on project metrics, difficulties, and progress
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA 30 safety regulations and organizational policies
• Negotiate and facilitate change order requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 4-7 years of experience in construction project management
• Ability to travel to project sites 3 days per week
• Proven experience negotiating change orders and coaching contractors to achieve desired results
• Strong history of adhering to organizational policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the retail industry
• PMP certification
