Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the general construction process of assigned projects to ensure they meet schedule, quality, and safety standards according to AutoZone specifications.
• Manage project costs by comparing status against executed work, approving General Contractor payment applications, and analyzing non-executed works for contract deductions.
• Coordinate utility services in advance with vendors and General Contractors to ensure readiness for store openings.
• Conduct environmental follow-ups through weekly meetings with external assessors and General Contractors.
• Manage the closeout and capitalization of construction projects.
• Hand over completed construction projects to the maintenance department.
• Maintain close communication with Design, Permits, Legal, Real Estate, and Store Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in the field.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
