Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead coordination and reporting meetings
• Establish and maintain the project plan, schedule, objectives, and performance standards
• Manage financial aspects including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, and profitability
• Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings
• Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate subcontracts and change orders
• Plan and manage effective project closeout and handover processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista
• Ability to lead teams and resolve conflict professionally
• Willingness to travel or relocate for extended periods on a project basis
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive sector
• Experience in heavy civil construction
