Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of civil construction projects including warehouses, factories, and industrial facilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure technical and design specifications are met
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and quality control inspections
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress
• Manage project resources efficiently and identify process improvements
• Lead and mentor project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of construction project management tools and best practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
