Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change control with discipline
• Coordinate daily logistics for occupied environments to minimize disruption to campus operations
• Oversee contractor performance, submittals, RFIs, quality, and safety compliance
• Manage change order negotiations and track cost control, including estimates and cash flow
• Participate in OAC meetings, progress reporting, and decision tracking
• Coordinate MEP/utility tie-ins, shutdowns, and functional testing
• Promote sustainability and resilience goals such as LEED or WELL throughout delivery

Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar curriculum
• 6 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Proficiency in cost control and schedule management

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven success delivering vertical building projects
• Experience acting as an owner's representative in multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, P6/MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
