Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers
• Enforce company and project policies
• Maintain close client interface
• Ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with contract and design
• Manage budget and financial reporting throughout the project
• Update schedules with support of managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Act as company representative to develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage and enforce safety on a daily basis
• Review new project opportunities and establish estimates
• Oversee self-performed operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of field experience
• Thorough knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction management
• Excellent organizational, supervision, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• On-site presence in the Louisville, KY area

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction degree
• Design-Build experience
• Advanced management or technical training
• Experience in facility construction estimating
• Knowledge of HH2, Plangrid, Procore, or Timberline/Sage
