Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate site foremen and construction teams
- Ensure construction processes start and end on time and meet daily/weekly deadlines
- Conduct ongoing quality inspections
- Coordinate with the scheduling team
- Manage budgets relating to wages, contractors, materials, and equipment
- Ensure all necessary equipment is available on site
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients
