About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage construction plans for various disciplines including architecture, electricity, and mechanical facilities
- Manage project schedules, including process management, ordering, and NSC material management
- Oversee project costs, including reviewing and executing budgets, managing business partner (BP) progress payments, and handling design changes
- Lead, support, and monitor business partners (subcontractors) to ensure project success
- Execute project-related tasks concerning construction, quality, safety, and environmental standards for general buildings, housing, and AI data centers
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional construction experience
- Ability to work at project sites nationwide
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a general construction company
- Possession of relevant professional certifications in architecture, electrical, or mechanical engineering
