About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage construction plans for various disciplines including architecture, electricity, and mechanical facilities
  • Manage project schedules, including process management, ordering, and NSC material management
  • Oversee project costs, including reviewing and executing budgets, managing business partner (BP) progress payments, and handling design changes
  • Lead, support, and monitor business partners (subcontractors) to ensure project success
  • Execute project-related tasks concerning construction, quality, safety, and environmental standards for general buildings, housing, and AI data centers

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional construction experience
  • Ability to work at project sites nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working at a general construction company
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications in architecture, electrical, or mechanical engineering
