About the role
Responsibilities
- Site supervision and project management for new construction and building adaptations
- Management of all trades (TCE) for industrial buildings on occupied sites
- Handling urgent work requests and managing co-activity between technical trades and suppliers
- Risk analysis and implementation of prevention plans (PDP)
- Technical, operational, and regulatory monitoring of operations
Requirements
- Engineering degree or generalist university training
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of post-graduate experience
- Experience in occupied industrial environments and co-activity management
- Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Works (DUT preferred)
- Proficiency in project management and site coordination
- Ability to read technical plans
- Professional English is appreciated
