Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager, Superintendent, and Preconstruction teams to finalize bid packages and scope of work
• Organize key deliverables including Schedule of Values, monthly owner billings, and cash flow projections
• Review, process, and track submittals, ASIs, and RFIs
• Support the Project Superintendent with daily reports, manpower, and subcontractor coordination
• Develop and manage document control processes integrated with project management systems
• Obtain and maintain necessary construction permits to ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate files on contract documents, subcontract records, plans, and specifications
• Prepare and determine the appropriateness of subcontractor change orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of construction basics and field means and methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
