Construction Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to timelines and expectations
• Maintain comprehensive project plans including scope and deliverables
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively
• Monitor and report on project progress and implement corrective actions
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations
• Evaluate technology solutions and tools to support organizational goals
• Support the implementation of new systems or upgrades
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption
• Develop training materials, resources, and programs
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and inform decision-making
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders

Requirements

• Proficient in M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation
