About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of high-rise, residential, and commercial construction projects
- Oversee site operations, technical execution, and project timelines to ensure quality delivery
- Coordinate between different engineering disciplines including MEP, Civil, and Electrical teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols on-site
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience within the UAE construction industry
- Mandatory experience in building construction projects
- Currently based in the UAE
- Strong technical, operational, and project coordination skills
- Preference given to candidates from reputable construction or contracting companies
- Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period
