Construction Procurement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze expenditures
• Manage the tender process and implement framework agreements
• Support change management by fostering innovation and sharing best practices
• Manage supplier relationships
• Handle sourcing and implement consultations (RFI, RFP, etc.) including contract monitoring

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in procurement
• Autonomy and excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Professional English proficiency (written/oral)
• Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep knowledge of field realities in the construction/works environment
• High level of rigor in deliverable drafting and ability to anticipate needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procurement Information Systems (SI Achats)
