Construction Preparer - Road Construction

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction calculations and budget documentation
• Contact, evaluate, and manage subcontractors
• Prepare necessary documentation for the handover of completed construction projects
• Prepare documentation required for invoicing processes

Requirements

• University degree (Level I or II)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams)
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or TurboCad
• Communicative, independent, and responsible work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgeting software
• Experience working with ITWO software
• Proficiency in English or German
