About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction cost calculations
- Prepare documentation and data for budget processing
- Contact, evaluate, and manage subcontractors
- Prepare documentation for the handover of completed construction projects
- Prepare documentation required for invoicing
Requirements
- University degree (Level I or II)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams) and MS Project
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or TurboCad
- Strong communication skills, independence, and sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English or German
- Experience with budgeting software
- Knowledge of the ITWO software program
