Construction Preparation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-series vehicles and technical changes in assembly within the Pre-series Construction and Preventive Validation Center.
• Ensure technical conditions for pre-series car construction by analyzing technical lists and verifying operational processes for part supply.
• Facilitate technical clarifications during the construction process to prevent shortages on the production line.
• Manage assembly and functional testing of new parts for series release.
• Analyze and document inconsistencies in technical lists (TI-Rex) and pre-series vehicle construction lists (COPS).
• Coordinate "Fine Construction Planning" (FEP) meetings.
• Consolidate prototype part requirements (imports/exports) between Audi Mexico, Audi AG, and consortium plants.

Requirements

• General knowledge of automotive construction.
• Familiarity with Audi Mexico logistics processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and technical lists.
• Proficiency in systems including TI-Rex, COPS, Avon, Tevon, Beon, KVS, and AssemblyLive.
• English proficiency (B1 required, B2 preferred).
• German proficiency (A2 required, B1 preferred).
• Preferred knowledge of Engine and Chassis components.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Background in data analysis and digital collaboration tools.
