Construction Mechanical Supervisor Piping

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pipeline construction activities on-site for the Green Diesel Production Project.
• Direct the management of mechanical subcontractors for piping and pipeline works.
• Guarantee work quality and compliance with contractual, engineering, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance regarding schedule, quality, and cost, coordinating recovery actions when necessary.
• Participate in work schedule elaboration and progress collection to analyze deviations.
• Ensure the implementation of all HSE procedures and standards within assigned areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in piping and pipeline construction within EPC projects.
• Proven background in Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial projects.
• Extensive experience in roles such as Piping Supervisor or Pipeline Supervisor on onshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction standards, procedures, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international EPC contractors and multicultural site teams.
• Strong ability to resolve problems and drive timely performance in a fast-paced environment.
