Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site focal point for all digital tools used in the project, including D365 Construction Handover, PowerBI dashboards, and ServiceNow.
• Deliver structured on-site training and coaching to site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective onboarding and continuous support.
• Support site users during daily operations to ensure the correct and compliant use of digital tools and associated processes.
• Drive digital transformation by ensuring site personnel achieve autonomy in using digital workflows, reducing dependency on central support.
• Manage and control user access to digital tools, including provisioning, deactivation, and maintaining the user access register.
• Coordinate with Site IT to ensure tablets and digital devices are properly configured and operational for both online and offline modes.
• Act as the first-level digital support reference on site, filtering user requests and managing follow-ups with suppliers or central teams.
• Collect and report structured feedback from site users regarding improvement opportunities and recurring training needs to the Home Office.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain digital processes to diverse site personnel and contractors.
• Fluent and clear English proficiency suitable for an international construction environment.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling for reporting activities.
• Strong digital aptitude and confidence in PC usage and understanding system logic.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic site environment.
