Construction Materials Testing Technician

Responsibilities

• Collect construction materials samples from job sites and perform tests and inspections
• Operate specialized equipment following established procedures and standards
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers and stakeholders
• Travel to various job sites and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Constant state of alertness and commitment to safe work practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field
• ACI Grade 1, ICC Nuclear Gauge, or DOT/Road certifications
