Construction Material Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Material Controller with comprehensive material management at the site
• Receive, check, store, and preserve all materials delivered to the site
• Consign materials to subcontractors based on instructions from the Material Controller
• Maintain accurate records of material handling using company software systems
• Perform feasibility analysis through internal software systems
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of unused materials for potential sale or reuse

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in material management or a related discipline
• Proficiency in using company software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and management capabilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on timely performance and problem resolution
