Construction Manager/Site supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise installations and/or construction for industrial investment projects
• Manage site operations independently or in collaboration with other supervisors and site personnel
• Provide field support for design tasks
• Participate in cost estimation and influence total solutions from the design phase
• Maintain a strong safety culture on-site

Requirements

• Several years of experience in supervising industrial installations or construction
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of construction and installation methods and standards
• Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work in industrial and construction site environments
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
• Proactive, meticulous, and customer-oriented attitude
