Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and small capital upgrade projects within a petrochemical facility
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors while conducting daily site inspections
• Monitor project progress against cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and engineering teams on site layout and design
• Perform constructability reviews and identify cost/schedule risks
• Support design phase services including value engineering and RFP preparation
• Lead on-site project teams and ensure strong HS&W performance and regulatory compliance
• Review subcontractor schedules, RFIs, and submittals to ensure alignment with contract requirements
• Manage issue tracking, punch list resolution, and documentation within the client's system of record

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of construction or project management experience
• Background in Oil & Gas, refinery, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Proficiency in SAP (required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification
