Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, and quality expectations
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, and vendors to support efficient project execution
• Assist in oversight of electrical and mechanical system installation and integration
• Support commissioning activities and system testing efforts
• Track project milestones and identify risks to schedule
• Assist in managing procurement and delivery of critical equipment
• Participate in site visits and maintain regular on-site presence during active construction
• Support constructability reviews, RFIs, and technical coordination
• Maintain clear communication across project teams
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of construction management experience
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center or mission-critical exposure
• Familiarity with commissioning processes
