Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and construction activities within a petrochemical facility
• Manage small capital upgrade projects ranging from $10,000 to $1M
• Plan and implement construction tasks, including procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor progress against cost and schedule requirements
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and engineering teams on site layout and design
• Perform constructability reviews and identify cost/schedule risks
• Support design phase services including value engineering and RFP preparation
• Provide oversight during commissioning and handover phases, including punch list resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of construction or project management experience
• Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with SAP
• Experience with I&E projects and familiarity with automation & controls
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification
