About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and construction activities within a petrochemical facility
- Manage small capital upgrade projects ranging from $10,000 to $1M
- Plan and implement construction tasks, including procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Conduct daily site inspections and monitor progress against cost and schedule requirements
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and engineering teams on site layout and design
- Perform constructability reviews and identify cost/schedule risks
- Support design phase services including value engineering and RFP preparation
- Provide oversight during commissioning and handover phases, including punch list resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of construction or project management experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, industrial, or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with SAP
- Experience with I&E projects and familiarity with automation & controls
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA certification
