About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage overall project quality, cost, statutory, safety, and environmental requirements
- Establish project success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
- Implement master programmes, manpower, materials, and plant schedules
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Manage change control processes and project finances
- Facilitate information flow between the project team and the client
- Prepare master programmes and formal project progress reports
- Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
Requirements
- Degree in construction, project management, or a similar field
- Minimum 8 years of experience on large international construction projects in Asia
- Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing contractors in pre and post-contract stages
- Experience managing the tendering process
