Construction Manager Track

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and follow up work within track and geodetic measurement technology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review documentation, drawings, and execution from contractors and consultants.
• Ensure contracting is performed according to contracts, documents, and authority requirements.
• Monitor quality, timing, controls, and self-controls while reporting project status.
• Coordinate construction site follow-ups, manage deviations, and participate in design and coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with authorities, contractors, designers, and property owners.
• Participate in inspections and take responsibility for final project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in railway projects (design and production) responsible for track design and geodetic measurement technology.
• Possession of "BEHÖRIGHETSINTYG för Mätningstekniska arbeten i Trafikverket", level 1.
• Proven track record with at least one reference project for track replacement (min 2 km) as responsible track designer/technical manager (TA) within the last 7 years (min 100 mnkr value).
• At least two reference projects for track replacement as Construction Manager/Project Manager/Site Follow-up for geodetic measurement technology within the last 7 years (min 100 mnkr value).
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Valid B-class driver's license and access to a personal car.
• TRVK APV TDOK 2012:86 level 2 or higher.
• Construction Site Safety Coordinator (BAS-P/U).
• BASÄSKYDD certification for track area work.
• BASTAB certification for stability-affecting track work.
• Ability to provide own equipment for field measurement control.
