Construction Manager Structural Engineering

Responsibilities

• Take independent responsibility for integral design, permit, and execution planning
• Support overall project management and project leadership
• Perform planning activities within integral teams using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Support ongoing and future large-scale projects in industrial or hospital construction
• Coordinate with all specialist departments including structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, and construction management
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in execution planning for medium to large projects
• Experience with BIM methodology
• Sound technical and constructive knowledge including knowledge of planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Advantageous: Professional experience in Switzerland with SIA service phases 41-51
• Proficiency in Revit or equivalent modeling and drawing software
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Structured and responsible working style
