Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent management of construction projects
• Project calculation as well as cost and schedule control
• Procurement and disposition of resources
• Coordination of all project participants and subcontractors
• Claims management including negotiations
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency
• Measurement, billing, and reporting
• Close cooperation with group and department management

Requirements

• Completed civil engineering degree (FH/TU) with a focus on road construction / construction management, or equivalent training or sufficient professional experience in construction management
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
• User knowledge in a calculation and billing program (ideally ARRIBA/iTWO)
• Commitment, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Independent, committed, and responsible way of working
