Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently execute construction projects in road and civil engineering, ensuring economic and technical objectives are met
• Monitor construction processes and site results
• Manage the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Create and maintain offer and work calculations
• Prepare and negotiate supplementary claims (Nachtragsgestaltung)

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or comparable professional training
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with accounting and calculation software
• Knowledge of RIB iTWO is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
