SMAC is a company specializing in waterproofing and facade work, located in metropolitan France, overseas departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte), and internationally in Morocco, Chile, Peru, and Spain. With over 2,000 employees and a network of 60 establishments in France, SMAC carries out more than 10,000 construction sites annually.

Responsibilities

• Study and organize construction sites considering planning, human, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Launch works and establish trust between stakeholders while respecting defined instructions
• Monitor execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Ensure compliance of works and adjust planning as needed
• Manage and organize teams based on site requirements
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, and budget management
• Organize site closure, including reception, reserve lifting, and transmitting elements to the design office
• Act as a guarantor for safety rules on construction sites

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 degree or Engineering School degree in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of successful experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades) or a strong interest in the field
• Recognized technical knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
