Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction operations from contract award to project handover
• Study and organize sites considering scheduling, human resources, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Monitor work execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams based on site requirements
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up (quotes, invoicing, client follow-ups, budget)
• Manage site closure, including handover and addressing any reservations
• Act as the guarantor for safety rules on construction sites

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 or Engineering degree in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades) or a strong interest in the field
• Recognized technical knowledge
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
