With over 2,000 employees and 60 establishments, SMAC performs more than 10,000 projects annually, covering waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction operations from contract award to project completion
• Study and organize sites considering scheduling, human resources, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Monitor work execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams based on site requirements
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up, including quotes, invoicing, and budget management
• Oversee site closure, including project reception and addressing any reservations
• Act as a guarantor for safety rules on all construction sites

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 degree or Engineering School diploma in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of successful experience in building envelopes (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades) or a strong interest in the field
• Recognized technical knowledge
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
