Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the construction of photovoltaic plants to ensure timely and cost-effective progress.
• Supervise the correct assembly of Nextpower trackers.
• Analyze assembly progress in coordination with the mechanical works coordinator and propose solutions to potential issues.
• Ensure all mechanical assembly meets strict quality standards.
• Inspect all mechanical project activities alongside mechanical site supervisors.
• Review daily work progress, prepare internal and external reports, and plan ahead to prevent or resolve site issues.
• Guarantee compliance with quality construction standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Renewable Energy projects.
• Specific experience in the assembly and inspection of Nextpower trackers.
• High level of proficiency in both English and Romanian.
• Availability to travel throughout Europe, with a primary focus on Romania.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Completion of a 60h basic PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course.
• Higher education degree is considered a plus.
