Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all New Installation & Modernisation operations for the Victoria region
• Drive consistent financial performance, business growth, and labour cost management
• Ensure the delivery of all contracts on time and within budget
• Manage key customer relationships and understand their specific needs
• Lead and manage a team of managers and project management support staff
• Conduct monthly mini-cost reviews and ensure accurate job forecasting
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Operations Manager, or a highly experienced Project Manager
• Industry experience in Lift, Construction, HVAC, Fire, Security, or Electrical sectors
• Degree in management or a related field
• Strong people management experience, specifically with unionised workforces
• Excellent leadership, business management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and customer management
