Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in the overall fabrication project setup, including production and erection sequences, layouts, and mobilization strategies.
• Coordinate production project activities in the yard to ensure seamless information flow between Project Managers and the Production department.
• Support Fabrication and Yard Project Managers in identifying technical solutions and optimizing project layouts and material flow.
• Represent the Production department during client interactions.
• Drive HSE initiatives, promoting safe work practices and environmental protection in compliance with project standards.
• Plan and control project production tools, equipment, and personnel to optimize resources and meet KPI targets.
• Supervise works performed by subcontractors or direct hires, approving production progress and ensuring adherence to site procedures.
• Manage project warehouse materials and coordinate all disciplines through to Pre-commissioning and Mechanical Completion.
• Identify project criticalities and implement countermeasures to mitigate impacts on cost and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in oil and gas or large-scale EPC projects.
• Proficiency in English.
