Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage fabrication production activities to ensure safety, quality, time, cost, and yield requirements are met
• Participate in overall fabrication project setup, including production sequences, layouts, and mobilization strategies
• Coordinate production activities in the yard and ensure smooth information flow between project managers and production departments
• Support the identification of technical solutions and represent production during client interactions
• Promote HSE initiatives, project safe work practices, and environmental protection standards
• Plan and control project production tools, equipment, and personnel to optimize resources and meet KPIs
• Supervise work performed by subcontractors and direct hires, approving production progress
• Coordinate all disciplines involved in the work up to Pre-commissioning and Mechanical Completion
• Identify project criticalities and implement countermeasures to mitigate impact on cost and schedule
• Manage project warehouse materials and optimize project layouts and material flow

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager
• Proven experience within the Oil and Gas sector
• Specific prior experience in Living Quarters fabrication activities
• Fluency in English
