Construction Manager - Road and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage demanding construction projects in road and civil engineering
• Coordinate, control, and execute all necessary site activities
• Organize and supervise construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety
• Ensure timely and high-quality project execution within the allocated budget
• Perform work preparation, including scheduling and progress monitoring
• Handle construction billing, cost calculation, and site controlling
• Plan and lead personnel deployment and coordinate subcontractors
• Manage material and equipment requirements

Requirements

• Completed technical education with a focus on construction (HTL, University, or FH)
• Previous experience in a comparable position is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction accounting/calculation software (ideally RIB iTwo)
• Strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident, assertive, and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently, result-oriented, and as part of a team
