Construction Manager (Railway Signaling Systems)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and installation of complete Railway Signaling Systems (SRK) for mainline and urban rail projects
• Ensure all construction activities comply with EHS policies, local regulations, and industry standards
• Organize and coordinate site operations, including resource planning, site access, and tool management
• Supervise installation works for all subsystems, monitoring progress, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor and report on the delivery of design documentation in accordance with project schedules
• Identify and report discrepancies in technical drawings and documentation from internal teams and subcontractors
• Participate in site inspections and field inventories during the preparation and execution phases
• Initiate improvements for processes, tools, and standards within the installation and execution scope

Requirements

• Valid railway construction licenses, specifically covering SRK and railway traffic control works
• Proven experience in construction management and site supervision
• Strong knowledge of railway systems, including urban, mainline, and freight transport solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with teams, investors, and subcontractors
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stress resistance
• Ability to work independently in complex project environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production or design engineering (design, engineering, or works execution)
• Knowledge of "design & build" project delivery
• Familiarity with tender, procurement, logistics, and quality processes
