Construction Manager PV

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities related to photovoltaic tracker installation
• Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and client standards
• Oversee and support commissioning activities in coordination with engineering and technical teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors and installation crews, ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during installation and commissioning phases
• Report regularly to the Project Management team regarding progress, risks, and site performance
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company HSE procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role within utility-scale photovoltaic projects
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in solar tracker installation
• Demonstrated experience in commissioning activities for solar projects
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, installation procedures, and site coordination
• Availability to travel as required by project needs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
