Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various independent contractors across multiple jobsites
• Manage the Phase II construction process from sheetrock installation to home completion
• Order construction materials and monitor both quantity and quality
• Ensure all completed tasks meet Perry Homes' quality standards
• Manage construction timelines, supervision, overhead costs, budgets, and change orders
• Perform warranty services according to company procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Proven management or leadership experience
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, construction plans, plats, and development plans
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Possession of a personal truck that complies with company construction policies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with contractors and homeowners

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
